We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility: Your item must be new or slightly used — including opened or slightly used products — with tags and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return: Contact us at support@orvill.shop. Return addresses vary by product and are coordinated through our fulfillment partner — the correct return address will be provided once your return is approved. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Restocking Fee: None.
Return Shipping Costs:
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: Orville covers return shipping
- Change-of-mind returns: Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items: Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately with photo/video evidence within 30 days of delivery.
Change-of-Mind Returns: Accepted within 30 days of delivery. Buyer covers return shipping.
Non-Returnable Items: Perishable goods, custom/personalized products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards.
Exchanges: Return the item first, then make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds: Once return is received and inspected, if approved you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If 15+ business days have passed since approval, contact support@orvill.shop.
