Shipping Policy
We currently ship to the United States only. Orders from outside the United States will not be accepted.
Shipping Costs: Free shipping on all orders to the United States — no minimum order required.
Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Deliveries are made Monday–Friday. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or other unforeseen circumstances.

Lost or Delayed Packages: If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, contact us at support@orvill.shop and we'll investigate immediately.
