Looks like a good unit, have tried the 5 hole attachment with the lower and mid setting, certainly seems powerful and gets in there. Approx 7 days shipping to US, very good thankyou.
worked perfectly for me. I found the 3 hole nozzle the best. I will use routinely to keep the old ears clear!! if you suffer with waxy ears I do recommend this product.

It's a very good idea and a cleverly designed structure.
Two minor details could have been better thought out during the design phase.
It is a little difficult to find the markings where the lower tank fits onto the upper part containing the pump. Or just mark them clearly.
The other is that the tank turns slightly stuck on the upper motorized part.
Regardless, it works well and serves its purpose perfectly.
Once you figure out how to attach the lower tank, it works brilliantly.

This is a great item, well made and good quality, it has 2 separate water areas, 1 for fresh water and the other catches the majority of the waste water from the washing of your ear.. there several different fittings that fit onto a nozzle and into the ear, they have various holes for different pressure.. I suggest some warm olive oil dropped in the ear to help loosen the wax the day before use and be sure to use warm water in the unit so as not to cause shock…. and it’s rechargeable…
Easily the best and simplest solution to clean my ears, which are notoriously sensitive to wax buildup. Previously used an ear syringe which although basic does a reasonable job given its simplicity, but doesn’t always work and with risks of too much pressure applied causing damage. This ear wax remover on the other hand works great, with minimal risk and so effectively. It’s was like night and day after using it for the first time today, as I had been suffering for several weeks of continual wax buildup alongside itching. Immediately after use, my ears weren’t water logged as previously after using the syringe, alongside for having a split tank system catching all waste water, zero leakages whatsoever when in use.
